Fifteen years ago, Mint Printworks started in our attic with a simple idea and a whole lot of hustle—and somehow, here we are.
The idea was to focus on the Customer Experience; the accessibility…the communication…the service…the smile…the relationship. To make ordering custom apparel remarkably delightful for anyone who trusted us to take care of things.
What’s always surprised us most isn’t that people find value in our people-first approach, but it’s the unexpected, silently gratifying moments of seeing our work “in the wild”. There’s nothing cooler than catching someone in line at a coffee shop wearing a shirt we printed, spotting a team of kids repping their gear with pride, or seeing a local business or nonprofit show up strong in something we helped create. Those little sightings never get old. They’re a reminder that what we do isn’t just ink on fabric—it’s connection, identity, and community.
None of this happens without people. Including our team who care deeply about our work and who we serve. We’re beyond grateful for them-and for you, our customers—who invite us to be part of your supporting cast by trusting us with your custom apparel.
