With over 250 employees, IWP simplified its employee appreciation initiative by using our Online Merch Store service.
IWP underwent an entire rebrand in 2022 and wanted to promote its new look by giving employees custom gear featuring the new logo and colors. We worked with their team to handpick three fun items that fit their budget and matched their new branding. Then our art department created custom proofs featuring their logo to feature on their online Employee Appreciation Merch Store.
The IWP Employee Appreciation Team gave each employee a coupon code to cover the cost of one item of their choice. IWP also opted to cover shipping charges so each order was mailed directly to each employee!
The store was well received—over 75% of IWP employees visited the store and chose a gift. Several employees ordered additional items at their own expense. IWP continues to use our Online Merch Store service quarterly to help streamline their employee appreciation initiatives.
