Experienced Screen Printer - Press Operator

The Press Operator is a core part of the Mint team and will work closely with the Screen Team, Production Supervisor as well as the Art Department.
- Oversee/Perform the daily operation & maintenance of screen printing equipment & tools
- Perform all screen print functions as needed. Such as; setting up & running an automatic press, reclaiming screens, taping screens, counting shirts, folding shirts, mixing inks, etc
- Monitor production supplies & materials inventory to ensure adequate inventory
- Help maintain shop tidiness & organization
- Facilitate production schedules by communicating with Receiving Coordinator, Production Coordinator & Front of House, as needed
- Ensure Order status in system is accurately set and utilize statuses to aid in production tracking on Production Log
- Maintain the highest quality & accuracy standards in all aspects of work
- Constantly Review & Refine all pertinent systems to ensure optimum efficiency & continuous improvement
- Provide the utmost professional, upbeat and positive customer care at every interaction

Screen Printing Production Assistant

Some experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Job duties within the screen print department may include:
- Stacking and counting goods
- Screen prep and cleaning
- Screen coating and exposing
- Quality control and packaging of finished goods
- General shop tasks to help facilitate production
- Operating a manual or automatic press
